The 2021 Greenwood FREEDOM FEST
Freedom Fest is an all American festival celebrating
America's Independence Day ~ July 4th, This festival is sponsored by your Parks and Recreation Dept. and Greenwood A&P Commission!! Our festival day starts with the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce 5 K Run with divisions for all ages. Applications for this race can be acquired at the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce office or at www.greenwoodarkansas.com Following the 5 K Run, the Town Square comes alive with music from local and regional artists as well as several well-known musicians. There will be free games and bounce-a-rounds (some with water) for the children! Arts and Craft vendors and some of the area's best trucks, enjoy free hot dogs at noon from Focus on Greenwood or sit in the shade of the Big Top Tents and be entertained all day! The Greenwood Fire and Police Departments along with the Sebastian County EMS will have their equipment on display for a hands on experience! Then at dusk... be ready for one of the River's Valley's largest FIREWORKS Display! |

The City of Greenwood, Greenwood High School,
along with some area businesses and organizations will be giving back to the community! Halloween Night, Saturday October 30 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. by passing out candy on the “Halloween Trail” (Bell Park) Drive through ONLY We ask that ALL Trick or Treaters to stay inside the vehicle as this is a drive thru ONLY event! |

HOLIDAY TRAIL OF LIGHTS 2021
Focus on Greenwood Holiday Trail of Lights features 140 + displays illuminated with LED and RGB bulbs. Airing of the Quilts
Over 100 beautiful quilts. Vendors. Vintage quilts displayed among artifacts at Old Jail Museum Complex adjacent to the town square. Tickets $5, available at the door. Proceeds benefit South Sebastian County Historic Society.
